DeAnna Gontz is the Senior Manager, Franchisee Training and is based in Atlanta. DeAnna started at ServiceMaster in 2021, overseeing training development for both the ServiceMaster Clean and Merry Maids brands. In December 2022, DeAnna moved to ServiceMaster Clean exclusively, where she oversees all aspects of training, including the ServiceMaster Academy new owner training experience, as well as the administration of ServiceMaster Brands University for the Clean brand. DeAnna has had a role in Training and Talent Development since 2009.
