Drew Scalzo

Drew has been working in franchising since 2016 and has been with ServiceMaster since 2022. His experience includes leading a team of consultants focusing on the growth and profitability of small and medium-sized franchisees. Part of that work included a focus on implementing useful technology and business intelligence platforms and how it propelled success at the local level in the franchise. In his role as the Business Development Area Manager for ServiceMaster Clean, he assists franchise owners in developing the right systems and organizational structure to achieve seven-figure businesses. He has led teams in financials, sales, marketing, operations, and business intelligence in the franchise network. Drew has a Master of Science in Mathematics from the University of South Carolina, preceded by a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics from the University of Akron in Ohio.
