Ender has a passion for helping people find the right business opportunities and supporting them to become successful. He’s been involved with franchising for more than eight years with a variety of industry portfolios, including supporting the launch of a brand-new franchise on the market. His experience in developing relationships and creating profit-driven strategies has spanned North America. Ender has significant expertise in sales, operations, onboarding, real estate selection, and franchise openings. Prior to joining ServiceMaster, Ender designed and built the franchise development department with a brand from the ground up. He is an influential advisor on franchise sales strategies, multi-state territory growth, and ensuring the brands he works with exceed their potential. Ender has a master’s degree in business administration and management. Born in Venezuela, Ender moved to the U.S. in 2014 and joined ServiceMaster Brands in 2022.
