Senior Manager of Brand Standards
Steve started his career with ServiceMaster in 2002 after a successful career in Food Service Management, with his last 10 years in the industry spent operating a Catering and Special Events facility and business. He has held various positions in the organization, mostly with ServiceMaster Clean, including Regional Manager, New Owner Onboarding Manager, Senior Regional Manager, and as the Director of Sales for the Commercial Services Division.
In 2021 Steve accepted the position of Senior Manager of Brand Standards. In accepting this role, he found himself empowered to impact the network more broadly by evaluating current systems, processes, and procedures, then partnering with other departments to develop more efficient, profitable ways for owners to execute service. Steve is a staunch advocate of both Blue Ocean Theory and the Theory of Constraints and leverages their application to the cleaning industry with the goal of seeing ServiceMaster Clean become the #1 cleaning organization in North America.
